If an employee has 2 children, how does the child sick day work. There is no option to select which child when requesting the day off. Also, the allowance should be double if there are 2 kids, not just the allowance of one.
Any suggestions?

My suggestion here is to have, either one Accrual policy where you can add the days manually depending on the number of children or to create a few Accrual polices, for one child, two children, three and so on and assign it accordingly. Then you can have an Approval workflow for this Absence type, the employee can add the name of the child while requesting the sick leave on the Comment section and then, the approver will have the information there. This might not be ideal, maybe other users can share how they deal with this but having in consideration the functionalities in Personio, this is what I can think of, I hope it helps!
