In France there are certain limitations as to in how many periods you should grant holidays and within certain periods of the year.  How can we create rules to include that information?

At the moment, there isn’t an ability to set up rules for Absences on Personio. What you could do is pull up the absence periods data by using our Custom Reports and work out the amount per employee that have been taken and what is remaining and in which period of the year the absences happened. I understand that there is a bit of work to that process for you, however it’s the only workaround I can offer. If you provide me with an example in detail, maybe I can give you a more informative answer on what to do, but I am afraid that this will involve manual work in all scenarios.
