We have a working day of x hours, and we use that data to calculate the budget that we pass on to the client (we use the number of hours worked multiplied by the price per hour). The problem is that several of our workers forget to stop the stopwatch. What we need is a way that if the worker reaches the maximum hours stipulated it automatically stops.
Hey
Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.
Unfortunately we do not have a functionality that would allow for the automatic stoppage of the timer, when X amount of hours has passed. For now, employees will need to manually ensure that they stop the timer on this. I would kindly ask that you provide this feedback to our Product Team via our Ideation Area to give visibility to this limitation so that they can this into consideration when making future improvements.
If there is anything else I can help with, please let me know.
Have a great Tuesday
Best regards,
Conor
