Hello!

What specific settings are required within Personio to ensure that all employees in the company have view access to events in the calendar integration?

Could you kindly provide me with a screenshot of the area within Personio that you are talking about or is it outside of Personio in your own Calendar that you are referring to? Once I have more information, I can guide further.

Thank you for the reply

I mean the events on our calendar coming from the integration are all “Private” and we need them to be open - is this possible?

On Personio settings I already have everything set to be open and visible to everyone but then everything is private on gmail calendar integration.

Unfortunately this is a well known limitation in regards to the Calendar Integration in that events cannot be created as public.

If you feel we can improve this in future, could you kindly provide feedback through our Ideation Area
