Schedule change did not work

Good afternoon,

 

I have changed the working schedule of a colleague using the Change schedule button under Employee work schedule tab. Although the change has been accepted by the system, it does not show in his schedule view. The working day must start at 08:00 but in the calendar 08:30 is shown.

 

Please kindly assist in this issue.

In this case, I would suggest you to create a support request via Find Answers, this way we can double check the change in depth and see if this could be a potential system error.
