Hi,

 

we can introduce rules for mandatory breaks but how we can make that Personio automatically introduce breaks according the working time registered. 

 

For example: 9:00 to 18:00 with a mandatory break of 1 hour. So the employee only needs to introduce the start and end time of the working period and Personio consider that 1 hour should be asigned as break.

 

This is already working in other time tracking systems, and will be much more fluent.

 

Also if there could be an option for the manager to approve all his/her direct reports working records at the same time would be helpful. Right now the manager can approve all from a unique employee but not all direct reports.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Both settings you are requesting, are features that currently do not exist in Personio, or for which there is currently no workaround. If you would like to request a new feature, please go to our dedicated Ideation Area for the wishes and ideas of our customers. Over there you can:

  • view previously submitted ideas and discuss them with other Personio users

  • upvote and add to the ideas of other users

  • search the community for similar ideas or requests

  • share your own ideas or requests about our tool

Together with our product development team, we will review your ideas, comment on them, and possibly include them in our planning for the further development of Personio.
