Hi,

I do have some issues with the accrual balances that are coming up for our team members. The entitlement balance that it starts off with seems off by varying amounts. I cannot find a reason why and am curious to understand how the system calculates it.

I am happy to support you with theĀ absence balancesĀ of your employees. In order to understand the entitlement, the following information is necessary:

  • Hire Date of the employee
  • Accrual configuration:
    • Number of granted days
    • Proration when starting and ending the employment
    • Beginning of the accrual (beginning of the year, or hire date)
    • Waiting periodĀ activated?
    • Extra days activated?
  • Is there a termination of employment?
  • Configuration of theĀ Work Schedule
    • Proration of absences activated?
  • Unclear entitlement (value)
