I am happy to support you with theĀ absence balancesĀ of your employees. In order to understand the entitlement, the following information is necessary:
- Hire Date of the employee
- Accrual configuration:
- Number of granted days
- Proration when starting and ending the employment
- Beginning of the accrual (beginning of the year, or hire date)
- Waiting periodĀ activated?
- Extra days activated?
- Is there a termination of employment?
- Configuration of theĀ Work Schedule
- Proration of absences activated?
- Unclear entitlement (value)
Any other detail you can share with me is helpful! Please make sure you donāt share any private information in the Community such as full names, emails, profile pictures, etc. All the rest is welcome.
