Did anyone try or implement the new set up for statutory and non-statutory entitlement?

We’re planning to do it starting 01-01-2025! That way it would be the easiest for us because we give out all holidays at the beginning of the year (as a lot of Dutch companies do I think!). Will update you once we went over to the new leave system.
