Attribute "Notice Period" - Setting up Personio

Hello Community,

I am very new here. We are setting up the tool, we are in Week 5 of the Implementation. We are trying to set the tool up, as lean and as generic as possible to accomodate the many different situations across the globe (Europe and Asia).

In regards of notice period: I don’t see, that the data in “notice period” has any influence on another data field. Is it correct, that the “notice period” is an “information-only” field?
