The Personio Marketplace offers software integrations designed to make your HR processes more efficient and automated. 
The integration with Slack will transfer absences, birthdays and anniversaries from Personio to Slack. That way, you are always up-to-date about colleagues that are not working and will not miss important occasions.
The attributes: first name, last name, email, department, office, hire date & position are transferred from Personio to Slack and create notifications in the respective channels as well as status updates.
This feature allows you to have your status automatically updated based on your absences. You can define whether the absence type (e.g. paid or sick leave) should be included in the status or not. And the following emojis will be displayed, linked to their respective status:
🌴 : Paid Vacation
🤒 : Sick leave
❌ : All other absence types, apart from Home office
🏡:: Home office
