Hi there,

We're recently having an issue with vacation carryovers. Our US employees have no limit on their carryover vacation days and despite my attempts to follow the instructions outlined in the related article below, I have been unable to resolve this.

As explained in the Help Canter, I've created two Paid Vacation Policies and assigned the Accrual Policies to the related employees but it's still not working.

It would be a great help if you could offer your assistance.

In order to be able to support you, I would like to know more details about why the carryover you set is not working. I can imagine you set up two (or more) absence types and configured the carryover differently, then assigned accrual policies from these absence types to the respective employees.

  • What happened then to the carryover days of your employees? Are there not being transferred to the next year, for example?

Please feel free to share any detail about the inquiry, except for any private data like names.
