Is it possible to create a contract for a candidate without the Recruiting module?
I could save the contract templates under Settings→People → Documents
But I would like to select the template and fill in the candidate details manually and generate the contract.

I would defer to Andrea’s response to this
My understanding is that you can create a template in the Documents area, but if it’s a Template then it’s populated using formula fields… I think Andrea said you can create some fields to be manually updated but I think those parts were for the signatory (not you as an editor of the file)…
But I am keen to better understand the Personio offering and functionality.
Currently we use DocuSign for most templates and all our e-signature requirements.

I have a question here: How would you like to send the candidate the contract if not using the recruiting module?
When you create a template in the settings (Settings→People → Documents) you have the possibility to fill in some fields manually in the offer process within the recruiting module. Why is ist not an option to do so at the moment for you?
