Hi,
I have been trying to terminate a couple of employees and each time I get a message from the system “Employment termination fails”. I have checked everything in the employee profile but cannot see where the problem is. Can you help me with this? Thanks!

I’ve tested on my test account and the termination can be done successfully, I wonder if this is rather an issue with your browser. Can you please clear the cache and cookies in your browser? If this doesn’t work, it’d be great if you can try it in a different one or even in an incognito window. Sometimes we get some blockers that prevent the action to be taken.
Please let me know if the issue persists, I’ll be happy to have another look! If you can provided more information, it’d be nice as in the Community we don’t have access to your account, but please don’t share sensitive data as this is a public space.
