General folder

Hi,

 

We would like to have/create a general folder where some documents can be uploaded so our members can look into it.

 

Is that possible? If not, is this on the roadmap?

Dear @Brian,

First, I wanted to give you a warm welcome to the Personio Community 🎉.

There is not yet a feature in Personio that functions like a folder in which you can upload documents that your employees can access. You can create templates that you can use to create documents in the employee profiles, and with edit rights for documents, your employees are able to create documents from templates as well.
