Hello
I would like to add a placeholder in template letters for Paid vacation balance but am unable to figure out the right way to “write” it. I have tried all sorts of {{Paid vacation_Balance}} variants but it doesn’t work. Please could you help me out?

The automatic fill in doesn't work because you have to fill it in yourself. You can ad every placeholder you want, and they don't need the underscores. De placeholder leaves you room to fill it in yourself.
