Sending references for past employees

Thank you for your community question! In case you would like to have a reference letter from an ex-employee in the system, this is possible by creating a template and uploading it to the Document section, even if this employee is no longer Active within the system.


You can upload a template by going to Settings > Documents > Add template. After the template is added you can go to the relevant profile > Documents > Create new > select relevant template. 

Or you can directly upload a document in the relevant profile. Here you can find more information regarding: Upload a single document to an employee Profile.

Unfortunately we don’t have the option to sent it directly to the new employer from the Documents tab, you will have to download the document from the Documents tab and send it manually to the new employer.
