My name is Romina and I am a UX Researcher currently working on the Employee Performance and Development part of Personio. We are currently looking to improve the setting and tracking of employee goals (e.g. for example, performance and development goals).
If you are and HR Manager and your organisation manages and sets any types of employee goals, we would love to speak to you!
Your input will really help us inform future product decisions.
Interviews will be in English and last around 60 minutes, they will be run remotely on Zoom and you don’t need to prepare anything.
