Disable editing time entries AFTER they were approved. Dear Personio Community, I am Franca, a Product Manager at Personio and I am reaching out to you regarding a topic where the Employee & Organisation Product Team is currently researching customer needs. We are looking into a Display Name/Preferred Name option in Personio.Display Name & Legal Name:Within a company there can be the need to differentiate between a legal name and a preferred name of a person.A legal name is the name that identifies a person for legal, administrative and other official purposes. A display/preferred name is any name a person chooses to use other than their legal name.With the current setup of the name attribute HR Managers have to manage employees with their legal name in Personio, since there are a few vital HR processes (for example payroll) that include the attribute first_name and last_name with legal implications. This means that it can be challenging to implement a diversity friendly approach, if employees do not identify with their legal name
