My name is Erika Harvey, and I am a Product Expert for the Attendance & Time Tracking product in Personio.
We are planning on launching a Beta Test for our new functionality Restriction of Adding & Editing Time Entries.
This functionality will allow you to set rules in the Working Schedule to;
- Restrict adding time entries in the past
- Disable adding time entries to the future calendar days.
- Disable editing time entries AFTER they were approved.
We are looking for Beta Testers to trial this functionality and share their feedback on this new feature before officially releasing it to all of our customers.

Please be aware of the following conditions for participation:
- Participants must be account owners and admins.
- Participants must be signed up to our beta test program → click here to sign up.
You will be prompted to provide feedback via an in-app survey in Personio over the course of the Beta Test, as well as have the opportunity to schedule an interview with our Product Manager on this specific feature with your feedback.
