In Recruiting we are working on a new initiative - automated screening. The functionality, which will help you save time during the screening process and assist you to filter the first wave of the incoming applications, based on the requirements you have for each position.
To better investigate your needs when it comes to automated screening - we are looking for users to participate in a 30 minute call (in english). During this call we want to better understand your process of the screening step:
