I want to know how I can download all certifications at one time.
I need to submit to a TAX agent all employee’s Sick Leave certifications from Doctor every month. But I have to download each certification of each leave by one-by-one manually.
Is there any Document list view or certifications list view? Or is the way to download them at once?

unfortunately, I can't offer you an optimal option here.
Besides the manual download, there is the possibility to request a company export under Settings > Company, here all files, including the documents, are made available at once. Here too, however, the individual certificates are located in the respective employee folders.

Please note, the company export is only accessible with admin rights.
You can also create an idea in the Ideation area of the Community to share your suggestions with other users and our Product Team.
