I submitted a support ticket to cancel our subscription more than 10 days ago and again 24h ago and still no answer.  Is it normal this is taking so long? Is impossible to get in contact with anyone.  It’s quite urgent.

I saw that the request didn't get properly picked up by our system (our bad), but your Account Manager will get in touch with you today. Again sorry for the wait.
