Dear team,
I currently face a situation regarding an employee and his profiles.
Here is the situation:
X is employed by one of our companies and therefore has a profile in our system.
In addition to their main job, X is starting a part-time role (10 hours a week) at another of our companies.
I therefore need to create a second profile for this employee. However, I am unable to duplicate their profile or create a new one for this new role.
Is there a solution that would allow me to have two different profiles for two different jobs for the same person?
We’ve already had this situation with another of our employees, so I’m sure it’s possible to repeat the process, but I’m wondering if I have the necessary access or permissions.
