Hi,
We have onboarding templates with tasks for different groups (HR, Supervisor, IT etc).
Is there a way possible for the Supervisor to see only their tasks and the one’s for the employees?
I don’t want supervisors to be able to see IT tasks, HR etc...I want them to see just their tasks and their direct report tasks. Is it possible?

The Supervisor will be able to see all his own Onboarding tasks related to the new employee when View Own is checked:
By checking the box My reports the Supervisor will be able to see all the tasks that are related to their direct report, unfortunately we cannot filter out a certain group (IT). The Supervisor will see all the tasks from all the groups that are related to his direct reports. Here you will find more information regarding: Access rights.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
