Hi all,
Before the Welcome Email update, our IT have been creating the corporate email and password for our new starters to log into Personio. They do not have access to the corporate inbox but at least can do onboarding tasks before start.
Since the start of this Dec, I noticed our newcomers can’t log into Personio without an “administrator invite”. I assume this is that Welcome Email.
Due to security measures, I believe we’ll be able to send this welcome email only on the 1st day, not earlier, when employees get access to the corporate inbox.
Any chance someone else has this issue and managed to find a workaround to let people in without this welcome email?

recently, it is no longer possible for new employees to log in with SSO (single sign-on) activated without first being activated in Personio. We informed our customers about this in advance via our newsletter. This is an additional security measure.
In the future, you will need to send new employees an invitation email in advance. Once you have sent this via the relevant employee profiles, the employees in question should be able to log in. 😊
