As the Performance tab has now changed, is there a way we can give access to employees to complete a feedback form regarding their onboarding (employee used to be able to do this under their performance tab) and send this via the automation function e.g. a link to the form?

You are correct in that this used to be accessible through our old Performance Tab, however with the changes it will not be the exact same process. You would need to make use of the Performance Cycle option to allow for a template to be chosen. By choosing the Self Review option for the employee, it will place the template into their own Feedback tab.
You can then track the progress of this form by going to Performance & Development > Cycles. For more information on this, here is our helpcenter guide on How to Manage a Performance Review Cycle.
