Last week I received an email that Performance in Personio will be changed and it will be separately charged that raised a question in my head. So we have stored certain employee discussions as templates to performance. What happens to them? Where can those be stored in the future if we will not purchase performance module?

Legacy features will remain largely available to existing customers until 31.12.2022, even if you do not purchase the package by the end of march.
If you are not booking the package: At the end of this year we will offer some kind of export in order for you to have access to the data that were created in Personio. At the moment I don’t have more details, but you will be informed, in case you are affected. :)
