It is possible also for the employee the relevant goal is for to also enable and edit the Custom weights to Subgoals is this option is selected as seen below:
This can be selected when setting up the goal or later after it is created as seen below:
Please note as well that Supervisors can always view, create, and edit the Goals of their reports. I hope this helps to answer your query and if you have any additional ones on this please let me know 😊
