Understandably it would be good to be able to edit this message according to your company’s desired wording. However at the moment, there is no functionality that would allow for this, so this generic message will be sent. For this reason, I would kindly ask you to submit this idea into our Ideation Area so our Product Team has visibility of this.

Thanks Conor, I suspected as much. It’s for sure unfortunate, our next cycle is specific to performance review and management, with growth and development forming another part of the overall Performance Management & Development program.
It’s conflicting messaging for our employees.
