Is there a way to remove the visibility of manager assessment for employees again in case a manager hits the ‘send evaluation’ button too early?
I need to avoid the scenario that an employee gets insights before the assessment has been finalized.

thanks for your question in the community!
You're right, it’s important to avoid sending evaluations too early to the employees. That’s why there is an additional conformation window displayed when clicking on the send evaluation button:
Only if the second button Yes, send it now is clicked, the evaluation will be visible for the employee.
If this happens accidentally, you can disable the viewing rights for the performance area of the employees in the employee roles til the evaluation has been corrected. Of course, this would affect all employees in the specific role.
