We’re thrilled to share that, as of yesterday, the rollout of Personio’s new Dynamic Cycle Builder is nearly complete! Now, 98% of customers can access and use the upgraded builder.

As previously communicated, with this upgrade your open cycles have been closed. However, any draft or submitted reviews are still accessible for their authors via the feedback tab.

Here’s how the new Dynamic Cycle Builder supports you to create more flexible Performance Review Cycles:

• Quick and Easy Setup: Set up a review cycle in a few clicks with an intuitive workflow.
• More Precise Participant Selection: Tailor groups with powerful filters to include exactly who you need.
• Ready for Changes: Dynamic updates let you respond to employees joining, leaving, or changing roles mid-cycle, while flexible settings let you edit live cycles when needed.

We designed the Dynamic Cycle Builder in collaboration with many of you and hugely value this participation, and, we also thank you for your patience through the upgrade process. 

This is the first of many significant improvements that are coming from the P&D product. Next up: enhanced forms with 0-10 point scale questions, performance ratings, private questions, and an upgraded experience for supervisors and employees.
