Hey I just wanted to ask if personio pre-screens and auto rejects the candidates, for instance our main criteria for one position is 5 years of experience so Personio can just pre screen and send rejection to candidates who don’t meet this experience criteria.

Unfortunately we don’t have an automatically pre screen for candidates.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
