Hi community,

When I tried to bulk reject candidates by selecting multiple candidates → clicking Actions → Disqualify → Reject with email, the candidates were all emailed but not rejected.

This does not happen when I use the Reject without email option, or I reject the candidates individually.

What could be the issue here?

When you rejected in bulk, did you receive an error message? Could you please share with me a print screen of that error message?
How many employees did you reject in bulk?

This error message happens with bulk rejection with ‘Reject’ and ‘Reject with email’ buttons

Possibly this is a system error. ​​In this case, I would suggest you to create a support request via Find Answers.
