I want to add to the application form the following question:
Are you open to relocate to XX?
If they select NO, their candidacy would be rejected and if they say YES, then, it’s pushed to New applicants.
This feature is available in most ATS but I am not able to find it on Personio…
Could you please help?

At the moment, we currently do not have a functionality that would allow for candidates to be accepted/rejected based on a question within the application form. However, this is a really great idea and I know that the Recruiting team are on the lookout for any ideas on ways to improve this module. So what I would kindly ask you to do is to submit this feedback into our Ideation Area to make our Product Team aware of this and take into consideration when making future improvements.
