Hi Community and Personio team,

 

We are having problems visualizing the details of previous postings for a Position we’re hiring for.

When we follow the steps of “Select the Promotion tab and Under My postings, you can click on a posting to see more details” the window is very small and we cannot see the information about previous postings from earlier in the year (you cannot scroll down in the window or maximize it).

Not sure if this is a bug, or limited for as specific reason, but it poses an obstacle to get data to support some of our reportings, if you have any ideas of a solution to visualize all the previous postings without it being affected the the “Job Board Details” format, please let me know.

From what you describe, this appears to be the intended product functionality, where you can see details on what job boards the position has been sent to under the My postings section of the Promotion tab.

 

However, if you feel that there may be a system error, I would suggest you create a support request via The in-product Help area so that our Support Team can investigate the specifics.
