Just wondering if there is a way to set an autoresponder message for all incoming recruitment messages, regardless of the phase? Could be interesting with the summer holidays & absences in the recruiting team coming up.

At the moment, the only autoresponder available on Personio is the function when applications are sent in. However, the ability to set this up for all Recruiting messages would be a very cool idea for a future improvement. I had a look into our Ideation Area to see if I could find any other similar ideas, but there aren’t any so far. Therefore, please kindly forward this idea to our Product Team by posting into this area.
The only alternative workaround but it is still manual work, would be to send out scheduled messages to your candidates during the summer holiday period.
