Hello Community! đź‘‹

I'm Catherine, a Product Marketer here at Personio, and I'm currently exploring one of the most talked-about topics in recruiting right now: AI-assisted candidate screening.

We're working on an initiative to help recruiters screen candidates faster, while keeping humans firmly in control of every hiring decision. Before we go further, I'd love to hear directly from you:

1. When it comes to screening candidates, where does the real pain lie? Is it the sheer volume of applications to get through? Inconsistency in how candidates are evaluated? Time pressure squeezing out the thoughtful review you'd like to do? Or something else entirely?

2. How do you think about the balance between speed and human judgment in your hiring process? Are you open to AI flagging or summarising candidates for you, as long as the final call stays with your team? Or does the idea of AI involvement in screening feel like a step too far right now?

🕵 Or, even better - do you have 15 minutes to chat? I'd love to hear your responses to the questions I’m posing directly from you. If you're up for it, you can book a quick 15-min session with me here on my calendar.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
