We noticed that if someone has two separate periods of leave planned, directly following each other (probably because of different leave types used and/or different moment of requesting), with the first period ending today, under “back tomorrow” they will be listed as back tomorrow, even though tomorrow (and until later) they are still out as well. It should be possible to improve that.
Hey
Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.
I completely understand this issue and it is not the first time it has been brought to our attention. Unfortunately at the moment, the system will not read one absence running into another so it will show the incorrect returning date until the new absence period begins. We actually have had another user in the Community post this into our Ideation Area, so could I kindly ask you to upvote and comment on this. It will ensure that more visibility is given to the issue for the Product Team.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Best regards,
Conor
