Hi everyone!

I’m looking to create a streamlined workflow in Personio for managing employee training requests. Ideally, the workflow would include:

  1. Employee submits a training request (through Personio or a form integration)

  2. Approval flow – involving the direct manager and HR

  3. Cost tracking – linking costs to the employee profile and budget overview

  4. Automatic update to the Personio Training tab upon approval

  5. Digital Training Cost Agreement – sent to the employee for e-signature once approved

Would love to hear how others have approached this, especially around automation and integration for smooth processing. Any best practices or tips would be appreciated!
