Visibility of new reports (created with new templates)

Hi Community,

I just created a few new reports with the help of the new templates (like e. g. Headcount or FTE) to replace our Legacy System Reports. The reports show as Saved Reports (I am an admin) and with me as an author. However, the other Personio admins from our company can’t see these reports. How can I make them visible for them as well? And how can I grant other employee groups access?

Thank you for your help!

Best regards

Sarah

Hello @Sarah Shove ,

Unfortunately, from my understanding, the reports that are created with the new builder can not be shared currently.

Nevertheless, you can go in the Metrics tab. In this screen, if you give the correpsonding access roght to the targeted group of employees, you can customize and create chart that will be accessible to anyone with the correct Access rights.

I hope that helps,

Nathan
