How can we add a holiday to the current number because people can buy them? or they are granted days because of overtime compensation.
There is a possiblity to do this with attendance but we dont use the attendance only absence at the moment. Can we just plus it up, I mean add it instead of deduct it?

For employees who gather Overtime, you can choose to pay it out or convert it to comp. time meaning it can be transferred to an absence balance of your choice. For more information on how to do this, here is our guide:
Alternatively you also have the option to manually adjust the balance by a certain number either plus or minus or you can set the balance to an exact value. Again here is our guide on how to do this:
For manual adjustments you can also put a note describing the reasoning for the adjustment, in your case you can put in that your employee bought the absence. If you have any follow up questions, I would be happy to answer them.
