Dear
Thank you very much for sharing this question with the community.
In order for Personio to calculate prorated absences for your part-time employees, you need to set the proration of absences in the part-time employees’ work schedule. The reference value must be set depending on which work schedule should receive a 100% entitlement (e.g.. emploees working 5 days a week should receive a full entitlement):
If the proration of absences is not activated in the work schedule of your employees, they will receive an absence entitlement as if they were working full time.
Please visit the following help center article for more guidance about the management of absences for part-time employees:
→ Set up prorated calculation of PTO for part-time employees
Please let me know if this information was helpful for you, or if there is any other question I can support you with.
I wish you a lovely day .
Best,
Andrea
