UK HR colleagues, can you please advise, how do you go about recording, managing and reporting on Company Sick Pay vs Statutory Sick Pay (paid and unpaid). And also how do you monitor long-term sick leave with the help of Personio?
We only recently implemented Personio. Currently we have only one leave type which is UK Sick Leave. We couldn’t create an accrual policy because it’s a rolling 12-month policy which is not supported in Personio at the moment. So the set up is pretty basic. We’re now thinking whether we should create separate leave types for SSP etc, but that would rely on employees selecting the correct leave type...
