One of our supervisors got this message, any idea why did it pop up?
We have created an absence type for Remote work and according to our laws, we require employees to submit a written document. It shouldn’t be cancelled 😀

With any absence that has the certificate required option enabled, it is normal behaviour for this notification to appear. It just gives the approver the option to cancel the certificate requirement for this absence if they want to. However, if they do not want to they should ignore it and it will disappear once the employee has uploaded the document. If you think we could improve this feature, I would kindly ask that you submit your feedback to our Product Team via our Ideation Area.
