Copy time entry is not available

do you maybe know or have an idea, why “Copy time” is not possible for this employee?

Hey @LegoMD 

It is most likely to do with the setting Restrict adding new time entries to the past calendar days being enabled for the work schedule here.

Unfortunately when this option is enabled, the copy time entry can not be used simultaneously. We have received feedback from a number of customers that this is causing issues and that they would like for both to work together. I could not see any current posts about this in our Ideation Area, so could I kindly ask that you post this feedback into there to give further visibility of the problem.
