Hi community,
I would like to reflect in the org chart when a person is going on maternity leave and some one else cover the position. I would like both to be in the org chart, but I can’t see how.
What everyone else does? or long sickness. They are still employees so they should be in the org chart, but all the reports should be changed to the new person.

Unfortunately we don’t have the option to add a leave in the Org. chart, but the employees can see in the Calendar if someone is on a leave.
You can do this by following the next steps:
Go to Settings > Employee roles > All employees > Calendars > Maternity leave: Global:

I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
