I created a new payroll with accrual policy and assigned it to my employees. Although I as admin can see it, they don't (I've assigned it). If I try to book absence for them, it doesn't show as planned vacation and doesn't take days from the entitlement.
I am uploading some files for overview - 1 & 2
are employee's perspective, 3 & 4 are what I see. How can i fix this?
Thanks in advance, Nadja

It says the images can’t be loaded.
To confirm when you go in as that employee you can’t see it either?
If it’s like what happened to me then you might need to wait up to 48hrs for the system to update it across your Personio instance.
At the same time they should be able to book regardless of entitlement and be at negative….
Thanks JHBEM!
I waited but there is still no change. I am trying to upload the photos again
Hi @Nadezhda ! If you have created new absence types/policies and your employees are not able to see them in their personal Absence tab, I suggest that you take a look at the access rights for their role(s). They would need at least View rights for the respective absence type to see their entitlement, balance, planned days, etc. For requesting absences, they would need Propose rights. (And if you need to set up an approval process for a particular type of leave, go to Settings > WORKFLOWS > Approvals and create your ruleset from there.)
Check this out, and if you have the correct access rights configured but you think that there still might be a problem with the employees’ view, then please contact our Customer Support Team via Find Answers. That way, we will be able to take a closer look at your account and identify the issue for you.
Take care!
Thanks a lot, in worked!
