Hello!
Suppose an employee performs 5 hours overtime which should be paid out at 130%. The employee chooses to have 5 hours added on his holidays (or overtime account) and 30% paid out. How would I set this up?
thx!

Hi
You can do this by going to the employee profile > Attendance tab > click on the 3 dots on the right corner > Overtime balances:
Here you will find the option to transfer it partially to “Pay out” or “Convert overtime to comp time”.
Convert overtime to compensatory pay out:
Convert overtime to compensatory time off:

Great thank you! After having made the changes, can I run a report which I can send to the payroll provider?
Hi
If you add the attribute “Overtime payout” you will be able to see this in the Payroll itself, you can do this by following the next steps:
Settings > Salary & Payroll > Overtime:
You also have the possibility to pull out a report, you can do this by going to Reports > Create report:
Unfortunately for “Convert overtime to comp time” we don’t have an attribute to pull out a report, a workaround would be to pull out a report for the attribute “Paid vacation - entitlement” and see who has more days in the current Entitlement than what they originally had as Entitlement.
Here you will find more information regarding: Create custom reports.
