Hi,
We had a previous employee who has left but we cannot see his sickness record as his contract was terminated from Personio.
Is there anyway we can see previous sickness record on employees who have left?
Can you please get back to me as soon as possible because his pay needs to be calculated for this month.

You can always navigate to the employee's profile absence tab to check the sickness records of the employee who has left.
If you don’t have access to the employees' absence tab, you may not have the needed access rights. In this case, please take a look at your access rights with an admin for Personio of your organization.
