Dear community, I am keen to hear from those who have offices in countries where there are regulatory requirements to report on staff attendance and overtime, in particular Spain, Germany, Poland. We implemented Personio last year and have a (semi-working) integration with our time-management system. But we identified a series of issues that prevent us from efficiently reporting in bulk on timesheets for those locations where it’s required. The data is in Personio, but it seems impossible to accurately export it in a quick and easy way to present correct daily hours and overtime.

The issues we encountered specifically:

Ae track overtime weekly, but the time periods are monthly. so some months are missing overtime/deficit it the week end falls in a different month

In addition, when converting overtime into TOIL - the hours are permanently deducted from the overtime balance, resulting in a deficit for that month when the conversion happened (even if the employee effectively worked overtime)

Attendance reports in the system only exports the days when there was a working time record, empty days are not displayed.

PDF timesheets have some data missing.

We’ve already reported to Personio support and raised with our account manager. But We are wondering - how to other Personio clients use Personio to report on attendance? Surely we’re not the only ones in this position :)

Thanks in advance!

Very interesting question @J.E. !

Tagging some folks for visibility and to see what they think.
